My wife has just telephoned me to advise that at 8.20 this morning a decanter in pristine condition arrived safely through the post. This now means that I will be able to take it with me tomorrow for the presentation in Prague , and know that it is perfect. In our company we take customer service very seriously and need to be able to provide a good service in a very competitive environment. However I must say that we could learn a few things from the way you have conducted yourself through this whole episode. Your attitude throughout has been exemplary, and the way in which you dealt with my ‘ negative ‘ was first class. Please be advised that I shall dine out on this story of customer service for awhile and will use it as an example in future.
