Malridge is a company that specialise not just in engraving awards and trophies and crystal glassware but also in Photographic Engraving, and halftone engraving, and all the engraving is manufatured here in England!
Photographic or Photo Engraving by Malridge or halftone engraving is a method of taking any photograph, and engraving the image onto any glass or ceramic surfaces and many types of Ceramic Surfaces. Many glass engravers claim they can do photo engraving, and indeed, some can.
However, that is where the similarity ends; because what other companies can’t do is match the almost flawless reproduction from photo to glass that Malridge can achieve, with their Photo Engraving and personalised engraving onto all types of glassware, from crystal awards and trophies to lead crystal wine glasses, champagne flutes and decanters, all done by glass engraving. |

| Other companies use a variety of methods including a laser system, which leaves an image of dots on the glass that you can actually see. |

The Malridge engravings and photo engravings are completely different, as they are in what is known as ‘High Definition.’ By this advanced method, the dots that make up the images are almost impossible to detect. As a result of this innovative photo engraving using our special photo engraving method, our workmanship is truly hard to match. |
